Our causa is filled with chicken or tuna, so it isn't vegetarian. Ask us and we'll help you build a vegetarian-friendly Peruvian plate.
Is your ceviche made fresh?

ceviche is prepared fresh to order with citrus-marinated fish, red onion and Peruvian seasonings. Because it's so fresh, it's best enjoyed dine-in or picked up soon after you order.
Can I order a whole rotisserie chicken to go?
Absolutely. Order
pollo a la brasa by the quarter, half or whole bird for pickup or delivery, with your choice of sides. Need several chickens for a party? See our

How spicy is the food?
Peruvian food is more flavorful than fiery. Our dishes are mild to medium, and most of the heat comes from our house ají verde, a creamy green chili sauce served on the side so you decide how much to add. For more heat, ask for ají rocoto, our red rocoto pepper sauce.
