One of the best seafood dishes in town. Definitely try their natural passion fruit juice and black corn juice. I'll definitely be back.”

The ceviche was absolutely fresh and bursting with flavor — perfectly balanced between tangy, spicy, and refreshing. What really stood out, though, was the service.”

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about visiting Inka Brasas Peruvian Cuisine in Spring, TX — our location near Houston, our menu, delivery, catering and hours.

Where is Inka Brasas located, and which areas do you serve?
Inka Brasas Peruvian Cuisine is located at 3835 FM 2920 Rd, Suite A, Spring, TX 77388 — in north Houston, with easy access from The Woodlands, Klein, Tomball, Spring and Greater Houston. There's free on-site parking.
What is pollo a la brasa?
Pollo a la brasa is Peruvian-style rotisserie chicken — marinated in traditional Peruvian spices and slow-roasted over an open flame until it's smoky and juicy. It's our signature dish, served with sides like fried yuca, maduros and our house green ají sauce.
What kind of food does Inka Brasas serve?
Authentic Peruvian cuisine: pollo a la brasa (rotisserie chicken), fresh ceviche, lomo saltado, arroz chaufa and more — plus catering trays and family-size meals. See the full menu.
Do you offer delivery and takeout in the Houston area?
Yes. Order pickup or delivery through DoorDash, Grubhub or Uber Eats, or call (346) 581-7760 for takeout. Delivery range depends on the platform and your location around Spring and Houston.
Do you cater events and large groups?
Yes — whole rotisserie chickens, party trays and big-batch Peruvian sides for office lunches, birthdays, game days and quinceañeras. Please call (346) 581-7760 at least 24 hours ahead for large orders.
What are your hours?
Monday, Wednesday & Thursday: 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM. Friday & Saturday: 11:30 AM – 9:00 PM. Sunday: 11:30 AM – 7:00 PM. Closed Tuesdays.
Do I need a reservation, or can I walk in?
Walk-ins are always welcome. For large parties or catering, call ahead at (346) 581-7760 so we can have everything ready for you.
Do you have vegetarian options?
Yes. Sides like fried yuca, maduros (sweet plantains), white rice and salad are vegetarian, and our causa and several appetizers are too. Let us know and we'll help you put together a vegetarian-friendly Peruvian plate.
Is your ceviche made fresh?
Yes — our ceviche is prepared fresh to order with citrus-marinated fish, red onion and Peruvian seasonings. Because it's so fresh, it's best enjoyed dine-in or picked up soon after you order.
Can I order a whole rotisserie chicken to go?
Absolutely. Order pollo a la brasa by the quarter, half or whole bird for pickup or delivery, with your choice of sides. Need several chickens for a party? See our catering options and call ahead.
How spicy is the food, and what is ají verde?
Peruvian food is more flavorful than fiery. Our dishes are mild to medium, and most of the heat comes from our house ají verde — a creamy green chili sauce served on the side, so you decide how much to add.
How do I order Peruvian food online from Inka Brasas?
Order online for pickup or delivery through DoorDash, Grubhub or Uber Eats, or call (346) 581-7760 to place a pickup order. We're on FM 2920 in Spring, TX, serving Houston, The Woodlands, Klein and Tomball.
What is lomo saltado?
Lomo saltado is a classic Peruvian stir-fry — strips of beef wok-tossed with red onion, tomato and soy sauce, served with French fries and rice. It's one of our most popular dishes. See it on our lomo saltado page.
